The COFAS Executive includes the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past President, current year Conference Site Co-ordinator, current year Conference Agenda Co-ordinator, and one Member-at-Large representing each of the three regions (East, West, and Central). These roles are elected annually at the COFAS conference.
The Executive carries out the day-to-day operations of the Organization. Each role is briefly described in the COFAS bylaws, and the job description documents below outline the duties of each position in more detail.
The Audit Committee conducts an annual review of the books and accounts of the Organization and reports to the membership at the annual conference.
